Just some quick reminders and important details about elections that are upcoming!
Elections:
Elections will take place next week (03/28) during normal meeting times. Each individual will have exactly 2 minutes to state their case for why they would be good for that position. After each person has spoken, Society will vote. If you run for a position and are not elected, you can choose to run for another position. Please note that 2 minutes goes by quickly!
Other Announcements:
The coding event RSVP deadline has passed, but if you're still interested in attending, there may be spots open. Note: You may need to bring your own lunch since meals were pre-ordered.
Society has created a team for the NKU Econ Competition! If you're interested in competing, we can help facilitate another team. Let us know if you're interested and we can find other members for your group. Also, if you don't want to compete, but want to practice your data skills, this is a good way to practice- and something cool to put on your resume! Here's the link for more info: https://www.theecongames.com/
This is a reminder about the India Study Abroad Program taking place in January 2019. Deadline for applications is March 29th!
Scholarship applications are due this upcoming Monday, March 26, 2018, 5 PM
That's all I have for you! Let me know if you have any questions.
